Seeded is made by a small team, and we read every message. If something is not working, or you just have a question, we are glad to help.

Common questions
How do I restore my subscription?
Open Seeded, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it comes back on any device signed in with the same account.
How do I manage or cancel my plan?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple, so you manage them there. In Seeded, open Settings and tap Manage Subscription, or open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the current period.
Is there a free trial?
New subscribers get a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your Apple subscription settings.
How do I export my data?
Open Settings and tap Export data. We prepare a copy of your habits, journal, and account information and email you a secure download link. The link is valid for 72 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account and your data from our systems. Deleting your account does not cancel App Store billing, so if you have a subscription, cancel it in your Apple settings first.
My reminders are not showing up
Make sure notifications are turned on for Seeded in your device settings. On iOS, open Settings, tap Seeded, then Notifications, and allow them. On Android, Seeded also needs permission to schedule exact alarms so reminders fire on time.
